Key Objectives

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Generate reports and summaries as requested by management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and communicate suggestions effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office setting.
