We are looking for a Lead Generator focused on identifying and creating new business opportunities for technology solutions within the healthcare sector.

This role is key to driving the company’s growth by building a strong and qualified sales pipeline. We’re looking for someone with a “hunter” mindset—someone who enjoys opening doors, initiating conversations, and generating interest among clinics, hospitals, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Identify and generate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline through active prospecting (outreach, networking, referrals, and research).
Conduct outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn engagement to connect with decision-makers.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and identifying potential fit with technology solutions.
Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and pipeline progress.
Build relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations (clinics, hospitals, healthcare providers).
Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or business development.
Strong “hunter” profile with a track record of creating opportunities from scratch.
Experience targeting healthcare organizations (clinics, hospitals, healthtech companies, etc.)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
Professional level of English; Spanish is a plus.
